Machine equipped with an anthropomorphic arm with up to six axes, with a special picking head to pick up one or two rows of bottles per cycle and to place them inside a metal or wooden basket.
- Bottles preformation integrated inside the machine
- Robot picking head designed according to the number of products to be handled and their type
- The machine is designed to accommodate up to two baskets
- Safety systems are integrated in the machine and they respect the most rigorous safety standards to protect the operator from potential bottle breaks during the basket filling or bottles handling
- The machine is managed by its own PLC, through which the operator easily controls each operation
- Speed: up to 4.000 bottles/hour
