PAM-R Compact
Extremely compact machine, equipped with an anthropomorphic arm and a single picking head suitable to handle the product to palletize, pallets and interlayers.
The machine automatically performs the following operations:
- Palletization of cartons, plastic crates, bundles or trays
- Interlayer pick-up from a specially designed vertical magazine, mounted on board the machine
- Pallet pick-up from a pallet magazine positioned on the ground
- Possibility to integrate a motorized roller conveyor for full pallet automatic discharge, to transfer the finished pallet directly outisde the machine, so that the operator can discharge it without stopping the machine and in complete operator safety
- Possibility to integrate an additional motorized roller conveyor for empty pallet stack upload, for an automatic loading of the pallet magazine without stopping the machine and in complete operator safety
- Machine equipped with its own PLC and management through HMI panel
- Speed: up to 12 cartons/minute
