Compact machine, composed of a single frame in painted steel with easy accessibility. The machine is composed of a cartesian axis system that supports the dedicated picking head.
The monoblock solution automatically performs the following operations:
- Extraction of the american type carton from the magazine and carton formation
- Product pick & place with a dedicate picking head (one carton filled per cycle)
- Carton upper and lower flaps sealing by means of self-adhesive tape or hot melt glue
- Pick & place device to insert a horizontal layerpad on the bottom of the carton, between the product layers or above the last layer
- Carton labelling with self-adhesive label or carton codification with ink-jet marker
- Speed: up to 10 cartons/minute
