Project development

A dedicated team to support the Customer to develop the best end-of-line project.

The design of each individual project is carried out 100% internally by the HRS Technical Department, composed of engineers expert in automatic packaging machines who use exclusively the latest generation 3D CAD systems.

Production and assembly

All HRS machines respect high quality standards, both in the choice of components and in the various manufacturing phases.

The proposed solutions aim to meet the customer’s objectives and guarantee maximum efficiency and safety according to the regulations of the destination country.

A dedicated Purchasing Department selects the most reliable suppliers to have the best raw materials and machine components. The assembly phase is entirely carried out internally by our specialized technicians.

Machine testing

Each HRS solution is always subjected to two different types of testing.

Once the machine construction phase is completed and internal tests are carried out, and before machine delivery, HRS performs a test with the customer (Factory Acceptance Test, FAT), in its headquarters, to confirm that the machine complies the customer’s requests.

The second test takes place once the machines have been delivered to the customer’s production site. As machine installation and connection to utilities are completed, HRS technicians verify that the machine is ready to be run for new on-site tests.

Then, the machines are ready to be tested with production speeds (Site Acceptance Test, SAT).

Inspection and maintenance

HRS solutions are designed to ensure simplified maintenance.

Qualified technicians are at your disposal to perform periodic inspections on the machine and agree with the customer on the maintenance interventions necessary to guarantee the correct performance of the end of line over the years.

Customer support

HRS machines are equipped with sophisticated remote assistance systems, so that we can intervene promptly in any part of the world, 24 hours a day; our specialists can perform checks and/or modifications on any type of software installed on our machines.

Service and spare parts

The HRS Service Team is always available to respond quickly to request of information regarding specific spare parts, wear parts kits, emergency kits or other needs.

To speed up spare parts deliveries, HRS is committed to stocking certain types of spare parts that are considered to be subjected to frequent wear, in order to prevent critical machine downtime.
