HRS designs and manufactures secondary packaging machines for the Dairy sector.

The high level of customization of HRS machines allows to manage various packaging formats such as: rectangular, shaped and round blocks of butter and margarine, cups and jars.

HRS has improved its experience in the sector thanks also to the partnership with VEZZADINI S.P.A., a company from Reggio Emilia, which since 1955 has been designing machines for the automatic packaging of primary packaging for margarine, butter, goat cheese and robiola cheese.

High flexibility of solutions

HRS provides specifically designed machines for the dairy sector, like the monoblock machine for the carton packing and the compact robot palletizer, which both have reduced footprints.

The monoblock machine has been particularly engineered to handle also butter bricks which have been just packaged, without damaging or deformating them, packing them in wrap-around cartons and preserving their integrity.

The robot palletizer instead allows to manage, with a single picking head, mounted on the robot, pallets, interlayers and cartons.
