Operazioni principali
The machine carries out in automatic mode the following operations:
- Product collection preparation.
- Product collection pick up from preformation table and placement inside the waiting carton.
- Filled carton discharge from the machine.

Production speed: up to 500 cycle/hour.
- Machine frame made in Fe 360 steel profiles coated with epoxy primer.
- Integral type safety guard, made in transparent plastic panels; openable doors complete with safety type limit switches.
- Infeed conveyor: stainless steel made frame plus low friction coefficient – plastic type chain, complete with own motor-gear reducer chain drive.
- A cartesian axis system controlled by two brushless motors carries the picking head.
- Filled carton completeness check by means of 3D sensor with optical/acoustic alarm.
