Main Operations
When the production speed becomes high and the shape of the product is complex, the Multifunction Handling Center is the best solution.
The machine performs automatically the following operations:
- Wrap around type carton extraction from magazine and placement over the racetrack.
- Product collection pick up from the preformation area and placement into the waiting carton.
- Carton lateral flaps and the top cover sealing by means of hot-melt glue.
- Finished carton discharge from the machine.
Main Features
The machine is composed of:
- Electric motors located in the upper part of the machine: easier machine wash down and cleaning.
- Large use of brushless type electric motors (motions: combined cam).
- General machine operating sequence subdivided into sub-menus (on the basis of machine functional areas): the operator can easily control/verify all the motions.
- Format changeover recipes directly stored onboard the machine.
