Operazioni principali
Compact machine featuring a 6 axis – anthropomorphous type robot arm; the machine carries out in automatic mode the following operations;
- The operator loads the empty containers pallet on the machine motorized chain conveyor and removes the protective film coating; the pallet is then automatically carried inside the machine.
- The compacting device moves down to the level of the first pallet product layer and the perimeter containment bars are operated.
- The robot arm picks the layer pad (or the reverse tray) present on the product layer and places it into the dedicated magazine.
- The robot arm picks then the empty containers row (i.e. one/two rows are picked each cycle) and places it onto the alignment/launch conveyor.
- The working cycle is repeated until the last row of containers is removed from the pallet.
- The robot arm picks the empty pallet and places it into the dedicated stacking area.
