Machine equipped with an anthropomorphic arm that automatically depalletizes entire rows of products.
- Automatic transfer of the pallet with empty products with dedicated motorized pallet conveyors (roller conveyors or pallet catenary)
- Independent layer and cap removal system, complete with respective magazines
- Robot equipped with a special picking head for picking up one or more rows of product per cycle
- With the same picking head, the robot picks up the empty pallet and places it in the appropriate magazine The stack of empty pallets can be unloaded automatically via motorized chains.
- Machine management through HMI panel.
- Machine equipped with painted steel frame, complete with doors and photoelectric barriers
- Speed: up to 9.000 pieces/hour
