MHC RAPID
Compact machine, composed of a single frame in painted steel with easy accessibility. The machine is composed of an integrated electronic divider for the pre-formation of shaped bottles. A cartesian axis system supports the double picking head for the product pick & place activity.
The monoblock solution automatically performs the following operations:
- Extraction of the american type carton from the magazine and carton formation
- Product pick & place with a dedicate double picking head (two cartons are filled per cycle)
- Carton upper and lower flaps sealing by means of hot melt glue or self-adhesive tape
- Carton weight check with a load cell installed inside the monoblock
- Carton labelling with self-adhesive label or carton codification with ink-jet marker
- Speed: up to 15 cartons/minute
