MRB LEAN
Compact machine, composed of a single frame in painted steel with easy accessibility. The machine is composed of an anthropomorphic arm that manages both the product packing activity (picking & placement in the carton) and the full carton palletization.
The monoblock solution automatically performs the following operations:
- Extraction of the american type carton from the magazine and carton formation
- Product pick & place inside the carton by means of the anthropomorphic arm
- Carton upper and lower flaps sealing with hot melt glue or self-adhesive tape
- Carton weight check with a load cell installed inside the monoblock
- Carton labelling with self-adhesive label or carton codification with ink-jet marker
- Carton palletization by means of the anthropomorphic arm
- Speed: up to 4 cartons/minute
